1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Product seal remains intact
  • Original invoice or order confirmation is available
  • Item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened or used skincare, soap, shampoo, or hair oil products
  • Customized or promotional bundle offers
  • Discounted clearance items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product shipment

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

After validation, ZaraPrime will offer:

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • JazzCash / Easypaisa
    • Original payment method (where applicable)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may apply unless the error occurred from ZaraPrime’s side

    • Reason for return

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
